The two's area is made up of three rooms. The rooms they will have access to on a daily basis will include the main playroom, the quiet room and a craft room. In addition to this they also have the use of the soft playroom, role-play room and dining room.
The two year olds base area is a safe, stimulating environment, which gives them the chance to learn, explore and investigate.
Your child
will have the opportunities to play in small or large groups working with
both staff and other children or time to play on their own.
There will
be a wide variety of activities available for your child during the day
including structured activities or free play. The routine will be structured
but also flexible to meet the individual needs of each child.

In the playroom
we offer different variety of activities, which include: Building blocks,
Mr potato head, cars, dolls house, bee garden and many more. This room is
also where the children are offered their rest or sleep after lunch.

This room is
for the children to get messy and creative at the same time. There will
be a variety of structured activities and free play on offer such as painting,
sticking, model making, cutting out, water play, sand play, play dough and
shaving foam.

During your
child's day, he/she may need a sleep or rest. Children will have their own
bed, pillowcase and blanket. If your child has a special blanket, comforter
or teddy that they need then feel free to bring this in with them.

We provide
nappies and baby wipes or cotton wool if you prefer. When the time is right
for you and your child we will begin toilet training as you would at home.
Potties and
